Missions

We are recruiting a Maintenance Manager for our client, a renowned company in the Environment sector. You will report to the Plant Director directly and your main objectives are to organise and control the preventive maintenance plan and to ensure full performance of equipment and their maintenance.

Job responsibilities:

• To organise, control and manage all activities of maintenance teams: Defining the objectives and priority and controls the efficiency of maintenance team.
• To plans, organise and follow the preventive and remedial maintenance activities.
• To follow the technical activities and performance of the installation.
• To ensure fast action in case of emergency.
• To organise the activities and ensure a good communication / coordination with the Operation Department.
• To plan and follow the mandatory regulation.
• To generate reports on major maintenance activities.
• To ensure a continuous amelioration of the plant performance.
• To ensure and control the safety of its employees.
• To organise the annual outages by creating planning and tasks.
• To ensure the relations with suppliers / sub-contractors and follow their activities.
• To report systematically the activities to the plant director.

• To follows the competences of employees and propose training to improve their knowledge.
• To ensure that the documentation is updated, clear and available.
• To create procedure on critical subjects.

• To create the annual budget according to the maintenance requirement and follow its evolution.
• To ensure the good management of spare parts in collaboration with the purchase department.
• To approve the request according to the requirements and priorities.

• To ensure safety regulations are followed and applied correctly by his team and sub-contractors.
• To control, review and sign the official documents issued by the HSE department.
• To comply with applicable environmental, health and safety statutory requirements, company QHSSE policy and accepted safe work practices and procedures.
• To conduct work activities in a manner that conforms to the quality expectations of the company, does not poses any nuisance or pollution to the environment, danger to your own health and safety and the same of other employees.

Profil recherché

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (Industrial Maintenance…), recognised professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years technical and managerial experience on a similar job
• Fluent English
• Good managing skills
• Attentive to details, leadership, planning and organisation skills.
